It’s my way of processing what goes on in my brain.
I’m a firm believer that if you don’t feel the bad things you can’t feel the good.
Sometimes, though, it’s easier to hide from all our emotions.
Except when we do, we lose out.
It’s true, we always try to hide our emotions instead of facing and dealing with it
It’s perilous for us and also for the people in our lives.
